Comes set with one 6x4mm pear shaped genuine white sapphire of .26 carat in 14k Rose Gold. Ready to ship in US ring size 7.

Note that 14k rose gold consists of 58% Gold, 40% Copper, 1% Silver, and 1% Zinc and is therefore not hypoallergenic.
